Timo leads operational systematization at Community Anchor Services, where he's spent over five years growing from Direct Support Professional to architect of the systems that now support our team of 150+ staff across three Regional Centers.

His frontline experience informs every training framework, operational manual, and communication system he develops, ensuring they're built for the real-world challenges DSPs and supervisors face daily. Timo's systems-thinking approach enables the creation of scalable solutions that empower team members at every level to make informed decisions and deliver exceptional care to the individuals we serve.

Currently pursuing his Business Management degree at Western Governors University, Timo combines practical field experience with strategic innovation to help CAS grow without losing the personal, relationship-centered approach that defines quality Supported Living Services.
