Wangari Kiambati

Wangari is the visionary leader behind Community Anchor Services. With a deep and unwavering commitment to the individuals we serve, she has spent her career transforming the landscape of support services. Her journey began not in a boardroom, but on the front lines as a Direct Support Professional (DSP). It was during this time that she witnessed firsthand the profound need for a more compassionate, client-focused, and emotionally intelligent approach to care.

Driven by a belief that everyone deserves a life of dignity, choice, and purpose, she saw an opportunity to do things differently—and better. Twelve years ago, she and her partner took a leap of faith, founding Community Anchor Services with the simple yet powerful mission to build an agency that truly puts clients first.

Under her guidance, Community Anchor Services has blossomed from its Sacramento roots, proving that a caring, person-centered model is not only possible, but is the most effective way to empower individuals. Her dedication and a tireless commitment to quality have been the bedrock of our success, enabling us to expand our reach to Modesto and Vacaville.

Wangari is more than just a director; she is an advocate, a mentor, and a true anchor for our community. Her leadership is defined by empathy, integrity, and a profound understanding that the heart of our work lies in the relationships we build and the lives we touch. She continues to inspire our team to provide exceptional, holistic support that honors the unique journey of every single person we serve.

Latuasha Williams
Human Resources + Program Manager

Latuasha Williams

Latuasha is the dynamic and dedicated Program Manager at Community Anchor Services, and she is the linchpin that holds our operations together. Her ability to connect with individuals and her tireless work ethic quickly set her apart.

Recognizing her unique talents, she was promoted to a dual role in HR and Program Management. This transition was a natural fit, allowing her to apply her deep understanding of our services from the ground up. With a strong background in education and a natural entrepreneurial hustle, Latuasha has a knack for bringing people and processes together.

Working in close collaboration with the rest of our management team, she ensures that every aspect of our programs runs smoothly and effectively. She's the one who orchestrates the day-to-day operations, making sure our services are not just delivered, but delivered with the high standard of care and compassion that defines Community Anchor Services. Her dedication and collaborative spirit are vital to our success, making her an indispensable part of our leadership team.
