We’re moving to ShiftCare on November 1.

From November 1, CAS uses ShiftCare instead of QSP for schedules, clock-ins, shift notes, mileage and incidents.

Before Nov 1

  1. 01Find your invite email from ShiftCare (notification@shiftcare.com). Check spam too.
  2. 02Tap “accept your invitation” and set your password.
  3. 03Install the ShiftCare app by ShiftCare Pty. Ltd.: iPhone · Android. Not “ShiftCare Pro” or “Family Portal”.
  4. 04On the login screen, choose United States as the region, then sign in.
  5. 05Allow location access so you can clock in.
